These terms apply to inhabit.co and to the messages you receive from INHABIT REALTY LLC, doing business as Inhabit (“Inhabit”, “we”). By using the site you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Using the site
The site's information about homes, neighborhoods and the buying and selling process is general information, not legal, tax or financial advice. Listing information is deemed reliable but not guaranteed, and may change at any time. Don't misuse the site, for example by sending automated or false form submissions.
Inhabit text messaging terms
- Program: Inhabit customer care texts. Inhabit and the agents representing Inhabit text people who opted in with replies to their inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, and updates on their real estate transaction. We don't send marketing texts.
- How to opt in: check the texting box on the contact form on inhabit.co, or text INHABIT to our number and reply YES to the confirmation we send. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
- Frequency: message frequency varies with your inquiry or transaction.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any text. We'll send one confirmation and no further texts. Reply START to opt back in.
- Help: Reply HELP to any text, email broker@inhabitrealty.com or call (561) 228-4888.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Calls
Calls with Inhabit may be recorded. We tell you at the start of the call before recording begins.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows when they last changed.
