Privacy Policy
Last updated October 17, 2026.
This policy explains what information INHABIT REALTY LLC, doing business as Inhabit (“Inhabit”, “we”, “us”), collects through inhabit.co, our forms, email, phone calls and text messages, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- What you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and what you tell us about the home you want to buy or sell.
- Messages: emails, texts and calls with our agents. Calls may be recorded, and we tell you before recording begins.
- Technical details: your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, collected when you use the site or submit a form.
How we use it
- To answer your inquiry and provide real estate services, including showings, offers, listings and closings.
- To send you messages you asked for, such as replies to your inquiry, appointment reminders and updates about your transaction.
- To keep records that Florida law requires real estate brokers to keep.
- To protect the site from fraud and abuse.
Text messages
If you opt in, Inhabit texts you replies to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, and updates on your transaction. We don't send marketing texts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase or service.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone except the providers that deliver our messages.
When we share information
We share information only as needed to provide our services or when the law requires it, for example with:
- other parties to your transaction, such as the other side's agent, lenders, title companies and attorneys, when you ask us to;
- service providers that help us run our business, such as email, phone, e-signature and hosting providers, who may use it only to provide those services;
- government authorities, when required by law.
We do not sell your personal information. None of this sharing includes text messaging opt-in data or consent.
How long we keep it
We keep transaction records for at least five years after closing, as Florida broker record-keeping rules require, and other records as long as needed to serve you.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or ask us to stop emailing or calling you.
- Ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, subject to records we must keep by law.
