Diana R. Duke is a second generation licensee that became involved in the real estate industry in 2001. During this time she simultaneously and successfully directed the Administrative Services Department and Compliance Departments at, the Regional Multiple Listing Service. During her decade of tenure Diana, was assigned with implementing policy & procedure to effectively monitor and maintain the accuracy, integrity and security of the local MLS compilation. While, overseeing administrative services provided by three satellite offices to over 13,000 REALTORS® and Subscribers throughout Palm Beach & St. Lucie County. Additional roles included, systems & programs development, statistical reporting to the Florida Association of REALTORS® , National Association of REALTORS® , Palm Beach County Office of Equal Opportunity- Fair Housing Division and various governing agencies. Diana, was also deemed, the Palm Beach & St. Lucie County representative to the reciprocating MLS's throughout the State of Florida. In addition to Diana’s time at the Regional MLS, she has been able to offer her skill set by assisting the area’s leading luxury agents in all practicing aspects of the industry and has enjoyed insight of communities such as, The Bear’s Club, Frenchman’s Creek, Old Palm, Seminole Golf Club and Lost Tree to name a few.
